- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
- In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, honey, cinnamon, salt, and pepper until well blended and glossy.
- Toss the sweet potato cubes in the honey-butter mixture until every piece is well-coated.
- Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Transfer the roasted sweet potatoes to a serving dish and drizzle any remaining honey-butter mixture on top.
