Method
 

  1. Start by placing the spinach and banana into your blender.
  2. Next, scoop in the Greek yogurt.
  3. Gently add the unsweetened almond milk.
  4. Now, add the almond butter.
  5. Finally, sprinkle in the chia seeds.
  6. Secure the lid and blend on high until the mixture is glossy and creamy, about 30-45 seconds.
  7. Take a quick taste test; adjust with optional vanilla extract or cinnamon if desired.
  8. Pour the shake into a tall glass and enjoy it immediately.

Notes

This shake can be prepared the night before and blended in the morning for a quick breakfast.
Store in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.
