Method
 

  1. Start by pouring 1 cup of water into the bottom of your Instant Pot and place the trivet or steamer basket inside.
  2. Carefully arrange the eggs on the trivet or in the steamer basket, avoiding any contact to prevent cracking.
  3. Secure the lid on the Instant Pot, set the valve to sealing, and cook on manual for 5 minutes.
  4. After cooking, allow the pressure to naturally release for 5 minutes. Then, carefully release any remaining pressure.
  5. Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
  6. Tap each egg gently on a hard surface, roll to crack the shell, and peel it off for a smooth finish.

Notes

Patience during the natural pressure release is essential for achieving perfect eggs. Experiment to find your ideal cooking time for preferred yolk texture.
