- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with the chopped bacon, olive oil, maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, garlic (if using), and a generous sprinkle of salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
- Spread the Brussels sprouts mixture in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, giving them a good shake halfway through.
- When done, the Brussels sprouts should be tender with crispy bacon. Serve warm for the best flavor.
