  • 2 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup Snickers bars, chopped About 6 fun-size bars
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows For topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray for easy removal once baked.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter slowly. Remove from heat and stir in the sugar until glossy and thick.
  3. Let the butter-sugar mixture cool slightly before whisking in the eggs one at a time. Add the vanilla extract, creating a smooth batter.
  4. Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually fold this dry mixture into the wet ingredients.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Snickers bars and chocolate chips into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared dish, spreading it evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the center has a slight jiggle and a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. While the brownies cool, melt the peanut butter and drizzle it over the top of the warm brownies. Sprinkle with mini marshmallows.
  8. Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing. For a touch of elegance, sprinkle extra chopped Snickers on top before serving.
