- First, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic in a small bowl. Whisk together until blended.
- Heat olive oil in a large, oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and cook undisturbed for 5-7 minutes until caramelized. Season with salt and pepper.
- Push Brussels sprouts to one side and lay salmon fillets skin-side down. Drizzle some honey-garlic mixture over each fillet.
- Transfer skillet to a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) and roast for 12-15 minutes, checking for juiciness.
- Once done, drizzle remaining glaze over salmon and Brussels sprouts. Garnish with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
