- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, chopped spinach, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
- Add in the cooked pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Gently fold until everything is evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch casserole dish and spread evenly.
- In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and olive oil. Mix until coated then sprinkle over the casserole.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the center is bubbling.
