  • 1 lb. ground turkey (dark meat recommended)
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crunch)
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  2. Divide mixture into four equal portions and shape into patties, slightly thicker in the center.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Spray both sides of patties with olive oil and place in the air fryer. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  5. Serve on whole-grain buns topped with fresh lettuce and tomato.

Notes

These burgers can be made ahead and refrigerated or frozen for future meals. Ensure the internal temperature is checked for safety.
