Festive Red, White, and Blue Stuffed Strawberries

A colorful and festive treat filled with sweet cream cheese and topped with blueberries, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • ΒΌ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • Optional: additional strawberry slices for garnish

Method
 

  1. Wash strawberries under cold water and pat dry. Slice off the green tops and hollow out insides.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill each hollowed strawberry with the cream cheese mixture using a piping bag or sandwich bag.
  4. Press blueberries into the top of each stuffed strawberry.
  5. Arrange on a platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before serving!
