Delightful White Chocolate M&M's Cookies

These White Chocolate M&M's Pudding Cookies are soft, chewy delights that bring festive cheer to any holiday gathering.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup M&M's (preferably a mix of holiday colors)

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Sprinkle in the instant vanilla pudding mix and mix until combined. Beat in the eggs one at a time and add vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in white chocolate chips and M&M's, reserving some M&M's for topping.
  6. Scoop the dough onto ungreased baking sheets and bake for about 10-12 minutes until edges are golden brown.
  7. Let the cookies cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.

Notes

Chilling the dough for 30 minutes can enhance flavors and control spreading.
