- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef with the seasoning. Mix gently until just combined.
- Divide the mixture into four portions and form patties slightly larger than the buns, making a shallow indent in the center.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add patties and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden, then flip and top with queso cheese, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
