  • 2 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Line your slow cooker with a non-stick liner or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Add the raw pecan halves and drizzle melted butter and vanilla extract over them. Fold gently to coat.
  4. Transfer mixture to slow cooker, cover, and cook on low for 2.5 to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
  5. Pour pecans onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and allow to cool completely.

Monitor cooking time closely to avoid burnt sugar and ensure even coating by stirring occasionally.
