  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and scrub the sweet potatoes thoroughly. Cut them into thin strips, about ¼ inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet potato strips with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well-coated.
  4. Arrange the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Check for doneness; they should be golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oven.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
