- Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add honey and Dijon mustard, then stir in heavy cream, whisking until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- If skillet is oven-safe, place in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with sides of choice.
