  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • ¼ cup pure honey
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • fresh herbs (thyme or parsley) for garnish

Method
 

  1. Gather all your ingredients and preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel, then season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and sear for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant. Add honey and Dijon mustard, then stir in heavy cream, whisking until slightly thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce, and let simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. If skillet is oven-safe, place in the oven for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve hot with sides of choice.

Notes

Ensure the chicken is cooked through but still tender. Use pure honey for the best flavor.
